We hope you love your new purchase but if you need to return your order for an exchange or refund, we're happy to help. Please note the following guidelines to ensure a smooth return process:
- Return Shipping Responsibility: Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping and any associated postage costs. We recommend using a tracked service for secure delivery. We cannot be held liable for items damaged or lost during transit.
- Condition of Goods: Please ensure that the items are unworn and in their original saleable condition.
- Return Period: Kindly return the goods within the specified dates mentioned below. Goods recieved outside of these dates will be refused. This will not affect your statutory rights.
- Packaging and Returns Form: Fold the items neatly and place them in their original packaging. Include a completed returns form with the package. The returns form can be downloaded here.

Returning Discounted Items: If you wish to return any sale items, you have 14 days from the date of receipt to request an exchange or refund.
Returning Full Priced Items: For full-priced items, you have 28 days from the date of receipt to request an exchange or refund.
Returning International Orders: We recommend using the Global-E portal to generate a return label for non-UK orders. Please be aware that the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund. This process requires an order number begining #GE, please contact email@example.com if this has not been provided to you.
Refunds are not inclusive of the original postage and packaging fees, unless otherwise agreed upon by our customer service team.
Please allow up to 10 days in busy periods for your return to be processed.
Refunds will appear in your bank account within 3 – 5 working days of processing, or 1 working day for PayPal orders.
