Shipping
Working days are Monday to Friday, with the exception of British bank holidays. Orders are not shipped at weekends.
We will e-mail your shipping notifications and tracking as soon as your order has been shipped. We endeavour to process orders within 1 working day, provided the stock is available, but there may be slight delays during peak periods.
🎄 Christmas Delivery Information: Our last working day before Christmas will be Friday the 20th of December. To help ensure your gifts arrive in time for the big day, please place your order by 18th December 2024 for Christmas delivery.
UK Shipping
All orders to UK addresses over £100 receive free shipping. Orders under £100 are charged a flat fee of £5. We expect orders to arrive in 1–3 working days.
If you're in a hurry, we have a Monday-Friday next day option available for £10.
International Shipping
We are pleased to offer worldwide shipping using FedEx. All shipping rates are inclusive of duties and taxes, so you won’t face any additional fees upon delivery.
