Tom Findlay, one half of the chart busting production duo Groove Armada, is next up on the mix roster. As well as his success with GA, Tom’s released some ace disco business on Tirk over the years – under the Sugardaddy guise – which is well worth (re)discovering. His excellent ‘Late Night Tales – Music For Pleasure’ mix-album is one of our favourites from the series. Drenched in blue-eyed soul, from start to finish, it compiles some of our favourite artists from that genre; Boz Skaggs, Toto, Ned Doheny, 10cc, to name a few. His guest Afield mix here however, takes a different direction, with both feet firmly on the dance floor. Dig in.
