An introduction, please … who are you, where are you, and what pays the bills?

Terry Childs, Ladbroke Grove and I can be found on the odd occasion sat at a desk in Terry & Fran working on digital marketing campaigns.

Where was the mix recorded, and what is the inspiration behind it?

It was recorded in a saloon, sipping rum dreaming of riding the prairies

Strictly vinyl? Strictly digital? Couldn’t care less?

‘Balearic’, seems to be a somewhat overused term these days, but if you had to – and we are asking you to – describe the essence of ‘Balearic’ in one record?

I’m not a fan of the term, but I get where you’re going: The Cure “Lullaby” (Extended Mix)

Favourite place you’ve travelled to? And why?

Bali – about as near to heaven you can get alive…

Sunset or Sunrise? And the best place to experience it?

Sunset (when the fun begins) at Café Del Mar in 1988, cold beer, the red dot sunset to a soundtrack of fine music I mostly didn’t know

Most embarrassing record(s) you’ve bought? Most expensive? And your best bargain bin finds you’ve digged out over the years?

Money and music, the dreaded kiss of death. I don’t go down the route of seeking out expensive vinyl, it can feel a bit tainted. I was chuffed recently to pick up an early 10” of Winston Jarrett / Jah Woosh ‎– Must Be A Revolution / Wicked Melt Away for £10.

Just back from Love International which was a delight playing on The Terrazza. We are working at the moment on the next Nibiru party and a new project I can’t possibly tell you about.
